FAQ

Q1: What's your MOQ? Do you accept smaller orders because I am a retailer, I will be ordering very often?

A: Normally our MOQ is 3000 pieces. Smaller frequent orders are acceptable if you can accept the molding charges, the molding charges are a first-time charge, future orders bear NO molding charges IF everything of the design stays the same.

Q2: Will the molding charges be refunded?

A: Molding charges are refundable when the order amount reaches USD30,000, or the quantity reaches 200,000 pieces.

Q3: What about the samples? Can I get them free of charge?

A: Samples can be provided for free when sample quantity is below 4 pieces if sample molding charges are prepaid. (For large order, quantity could be larger)

Q4: Do you cover shipping charges? What if I am on a tight budget?

A: If you want us to cover the shipping charges, please advise in your inquiry or message. If you are on a tight budget for small orders, we will do all that we can to find a more economical shipping method.
